To advise on any changes needed to the detailed scope of the project
To review and comment on the project progress and delivery
To advise on how best to make the project relevant to the wider offshore wind industry and that its scale is appropriate to address the identified needs
To provide feedback at and after the annual Knowledge Exchange Meeting
Responsibilities
Reviewing and commenting on any documentation sent to them by the Project Management Team (including Quarterly Progress Reports)
Attending an annual Knowledge Exchange Meeting (normally February of each project year)
Advising on project direction and strategy
Reviewing the roles and contributions of the ‘Lead Organisation’ and the wider ‘project team’
Reviewing project management arrangements
Identifying any potential risks to project delivery
Meetings
Annual Knowledge Exchange Meeting
Any PAG virtual meeting called by the Project Management Team (max 2 per year)
